GETTING THERE

AIR:  Sun Valley is served by Halley's Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN), located 14 miles from the Resort.  Gateway cities are San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Denver and Chicago.

GROUND:  Sun Valley Resort offers courtesy airport transportation for our guests.  Reservations must be made to guarantee a seat upon arrival.

AROUND TOWN:  Sun Valley is a complete walking village, where automobiles are unnecessary.  Accommodations are located within easy walking distance of the Sun Valley Village, and complimentary bus service is also available.  The Mountain Rides Transportation Authority system provides free transportation in Ketchum and Sun Valley, including continuous round trips from the Village to both Dollar and Bald Mountains, and to the town of Ketchum and Elkhorn Springs.  For more information, visit www.mountainrides.org.
